◎Program Structure
As cultural and creative industries and digital contents have been promoted by the government in recent years, this creates a great demand for creative talents in the design field.
The CDD program emphasizes the balanced development of theoretical research and creative design practice. Our teaching particularly stresses that academic study supports creative intelligence development; that is to say, theoretical research is auxiliary and design creation is primary. Furthermore, the program considers the development of both research ability and potential creativity.
We integrate training in design, technology, and art and humanities in the curriculum by covering commercial design, digital media design, academic theory and so on. The objective of our education is to cultivate creative designers with scholarly and competitive abilities. |
